Uh no. Not the magazine. Just selvedge. That pretty stuff at the edge of fabric that I just can’t bring myself to throw away.

So I don’t.
I keep it. And I always have done. Question is: what to *do* with it…?

Some clever people have come up with uses for it - very beautiful pieces of art.
But me? I’m stumped… any ideas?

Til the lightbulb moment comes, I’ll just keep adding to the stash insha’allah…

Salams,
Why not make a selvage quilt?

Simply stitch and flip
xx
Oh I just realised with a selvage quilt, it’s not stitch and flip; you just overlap the strips!
I never throw them out either and have been stumped as to how to use them.
Brilliant link! Jzk!!
Love the ideas in that site
I’m a happy bunny
(can you tell?)
Salams,
Allah bless you daaahling
Look forward to seeing what you make insha-Allah.
Somewhere I saw someone make an iPod case out of the scraps. I can’t remember where I saw it, but it was pretty cool! Someone else made pom-poms with it. HTH!
